  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead

Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in fulfillment or shipment.
